This notice explains how Admazing Limited ("we") uses business contact details when we get in touch with other businesses about our services.

What information we hold and where it comes from

We hold business contact details only: business name, website, business telephone number, business email address, town or area, brief notes about the services the business advertises, and, for limited companies, the company number and the first name of a director.

We collect this from publicly available sources: the business's own public website, the Google Ads Transparency Centre (which lists businesses that advertise on Google), and the public register at Companies House.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use these details to contact businesses that advertise on Google about our Google Ads management services, by telephone and by email, and to keep a record of those contacts.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): we have a legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses for whom they are relevant, using contact details those businesses have published for the purpose of being contacted. We only send marketing emails to limited companies, limited liability partnerships and public limited companies.

How to opt out

You can stop us contacting you at any time, free of charge:

We then add your address to a permanent do-not-contact list and will not email or call you again. We keep the minimum details needed on that list so that the opt-out is honoured.

How long we keep it and who sees it

If we do not reach you, we delete your details within 12 months of our last attempt. If you opt out, we keep only what is needed for the do-not-contact list. We do not sell your details or share them with other organisations for their marketing. They are stored with our email and hosting providers, who process them on our behalf.

Your rights

Where the information relates to you as an individual, you have the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to our use of it. To use any of these rights, email andy@admazingmedia.co.uk. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
